A new service from Patrick Gavin has been launched calling itself ShoppingAds. Initially I was quite excited, then less so when I found out it was using the very same system as AuctionAds. I finally settled with quite pleased as ShoppingAds uses CPC like Adsense ads rather than per sale as AuctionAds.
AuctionAds account can be used
The good news is that if you are already signed up with AuctionAds then you can use the same account login details to access ShoppingAds. I discovered this when I tried to sign up for Shopping Ads using the gmail address. I’m guessing that if you are a TLA or AuctionAds user then you probably have automatically gotten yourself an account.
What does ShoppingAds offer
ShoppingAds is CPC so you get paid for each click (minus the usual invalid clicks) and you are also paid out via PayPal on the 1st of each month once your balance reaches $50. The ads are available in the usual standard sizes and you are able to change colours to match your site.

You are able to display the ads on the same page as Adsense and you are not limited to the amount of ad units you can display on a page. A single account allows you to display ads on multiple sites and the campaigns option allows you to track each ad individually.
ShoppingAds Affiliate program
You can promote ShoppingAds as an affiliate, you are automatically an affiliate when you sign up for ShoppingAds. They compensate you with 5% of and earnings for 6 months which is not as generous as Chitika’s affiliate program which offer 10% for 15 months.
