Having recently had a revamp Blogging Ads is looking like a more serious player in the paid review market. they have a system comparable to PayPerPost where the blogger chooses from a list of advertisers to review. Blogging Ads also pays out via PayPal.

Whilst the paid review brokers offer you a ready made market place you can also go out on your own and solicit for paid reviews. You already have your own base of potential advertisers in your readership. You can also reach further afield by offering your services in some of the popular webmaster forums although this field is very competitive.
