It seems that Google have decided that they are going to move into the affiliate marketing game. Those who have an Adsense account can now promote a myriad of other products on a CPA (Cost Per Action) basis.
Google already offered a handful of CPA offerings and they have now dramatically expanded there market.
This looks like a definite move to corner the CPA market now that they have the CPC (Cost Per Click) market all sewn up. Should we be worried? I should coco (that’s yes).
Great news for sellers, bad news for affiliates
Whilst this will be great news for those selling products on a CPA basis it could mean a dilution of the affiliate market. With Google offering such a massive market for people wanting to sell their products it may mean other established services being squeezed out.
